Abstract
Bulklike photoconductivity has been observed in Pb1−xSnxTe (x ≈ 0.17) layers deposited on BaF2. At 77 °K a peak detectivity of 6.6 × 108 at 8.9 μ has been measured for carrier concentrations of about 4 × 1016 cm−3.Keywords
