Intersubband phonon overlap integrals for AlGaAs/GaAs single-well heterostructures

Abstract
The five lowest subband coupling coefficients Hmn(Q) are calculated for polar-optical-phonon scattering in Al0.3 Ga0.7As/GaAs single-well heterostructures. The wave functions are calculated self-consistently within the effective-mass approximation including exchange and correlation effects.
