Abstract
In a comparison of 3 dilutions of ACD soln. it was found that the extent of dilution of blood may be reduced to 15 ml./100 ml. without affecting the preservation of red cells; also, that the amt. of glucose may be reduced to XA of that in the original ACD soln. A greater variability among bloods of different individuals as compared with different blood samples of one individual was demonstrated. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
