Abstract
A method is described for the quantitative estimation of enzyme activity as detd. by the localized deposition of an insoluble sulfide in microscopic sections. The sulfide is extracted and converted by means of p-aminodimethylaniline to methylene blue, and the methylene blue soln. is then measured photometrically.Keywords
