Signet Ring Adenocarcinoma of the Prostate

Abstract
A 77 yr old white man died of infiltrating prostatic adenocarcinoma. There was local and widespread metastatic disease. Microscopic examination of the primary and metastatic lesions revealed a tumor comprised predominantly of signet ring cells.
