Abstract
The albumin patterns obtained after prolonged electrophoresis of diluted human sera at pH 8 showed 2 main peaks. The faster component ranged from 10 to 42% in normal sera, 0-10% in serum of the cancer sera. Low values were obtained in sera from single cases of nephritis, liver cirrhosis and pregnancy. In some sera 3 main peaks were found. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
