Abstract
The amino acid composition of crystalline rhodanese has been determined by ion-exchange chromatography and found to be that of a simple protein. All the sulfur of the enzyme could be accounted for by cysteine, methionine and cyanide-labile sulfur. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
