Abstract
Endomyocardial fibrosis is much more frequent in Africa than has been reported. The authors offer details of the pathology and clinical features of the condition and suggest diagnostic procedures. Much more study is needed as little is known concerning the early stages and nothing is known as to the possible causation. Keywords
