Abstract
The effects of two types of verbal reinforcement on attitude change were studied in the context of a structured interview. Positive verbal reinforcement led to significant long-term affect change, while a combination of positive and negative reinforcement produced significant immediate modification of attitudes expressed in the interview.Keywords
