Abstract
A case of Paget''s disease of the nipple in a man, the thirteenth in the literature, is reported and the previous literature is reviewed. Treatment consisted of radical mastectomy and prophylactic castration. Despite the spread of the tumor into retropectoral lymph nodes, the patient is alive and well three years after operation.Keywords
