Abstract
In amorphous materials, the lack of long-range order as well as a relatively poor short-range order lead to a change in hyperfine interactions from nucleus to nucleus and the Mossbauer spectra have to be analysed in terms of a continuous distribution of characteristic parameters. A method is being proposed for calculation of simultaneous hyperfine magnetic fields and electric field gradient distributions. Keywords
