Abstract
Kinetocardiograms (precordial movements) and ballistocardiograms were studied in patients with "pure" mitral stenosis. The findings were correlated with catheterization data and clinical findings. Certain characteristics of the kinetocardiograms were presented as well as hypothesis for the movements of the heart and dynamics of ventricular contraction and relaxation in patients with mitral stenosis. Keywords
