Abstract

Thyroid Stimulating Hormone Releasing Hormone [TSHRH] was administered to an hypothyroid female. Samples obtained in the basal state and again 7 and 17 minutes after TSHRH were run over Sephadex G-100, and the eluates were analyzed for content of TSH and of the common alpha chain of glycoprotein hormones. TSHRH effected release of free alpha chain into serum.
