Abstract
A patient had lethal midline granuloma syndrome of the malignant midline reticulosis type. Lymphomatoid granulomatosis of the lung eventually developed that resulted in respiratory failure. There is a histologic and biologic behavior associated with these 2 diseases, and they possibly represent different expressions of the same disease process. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
