Abstract
A method based on the Kane hexylene glycol procedure has been developed for the isolation of the mitotic apparatus of mammalian cells in culture. The mitotic apparatus so isolated from human amnion and He La cells in culture retains cytological details commonly observed In cells fixed in toto. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
