Abstract
A 3rd race of Fusarium wilt (F. oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici) causing typical vascular wilt symptoms on field-grown tomato cultivars resistant to race 2 is reported from Queensland. First sighted in 1978, the disease is now widespread and causing reduced yields on 25% of farms in the Bowen district.
