Abstract
Benzamidine derivatives exhibited a high antiviral effect in vivo against influenza virus strains A2/Adachi and B/Lee. The inhibiting properties of anti-influenza benzamidine derivatives on the virus-induced inflammation undoubtedly plays an important role in the clarification of the mechanism of action of these drugs. Keywords
