Abstract
Plasma PRL [prolactin] levels were measured during an episode of breast feeding in 14 women on the 8th and 42nd post-partum days. As lactation continues so the importance of absolute values of PRL diminishes, but the capability to secrete PRL in response to the suckling stimulus is maintained.This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
