Abstract
A method is described which permits the detn. of hyaluronidase concn. in small amts. of material (0.1 ml.) within =[plus or minus]= 7%. Since the hyaluronidase content of seminal fluid is more accurately determinable ([plus or minus] 7%) than that of the conc. of spermatozoa (=[plus or minus]= 20%) it would appear worthwhile to investigate the use of the relationship demonstrated as a more accurate assay of the fertility level of a particular semen specimen. Keywords
