Abstract
A case of acquired hepatocerebral degeneration secondary to biliary cirrhosis is described. It differs from the conventional type because of the clinical predominance of cerebellar symptomatology and because the principal neuropathological abnormalities were restricted to the pallidum and to the cerebellum.Keywords
