Further Experience With the Inflatable Penile Prosthesis

Abstract
Since 1974, 93 men with erectile impotence have been treated with surgical implantation of an inflatable penile prosthesis. Followup has been 6 months to 4 years. Long-term functional success was achieved in 87 patients (93 per cent).
