Abstract
The polyvalent protease inhibitor from bovine lung (Trasylol) can be used for standardizing purified human autoactivated plasmin in molar units. This enables determination of the molar concentration of plasmin inhibitors in biological material. The rate of dissociation of the complex between the polyvalent protease inhibitor and trypsin and plasmin, respectively, is elucidated. This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
