Abstract
Desoxycorticosterone increased water intake and urine output and reduced urinary chlorides in normal, adrenalec-tomized, and hypophysectomized rats. Entirely reversed effects were observed after post-pituitary extract adm. When injected together, the action of post-pituitary extract was greater than that of desoxycorticosterone. The ratios of water-intake to urine-output were greatly reduced in all cases by post-pituitary extract. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
