Abstract
Sixty-six applicants for work as standardized patients (SPs) at a clinical skills assessment program underwent a physical examination. Murmurs, wheezes, hypertension, and goiter were found, which, if unaccounted for, could have influenced examinees' performances and diagnostic thinking.Keywords
