Abstract
The effect of chlorine and polynuclear structures on the thermal degradation of polyphenylene has been examined. The thermal dehalogenation reaction has been utilized to cross-link the polymer. Composites stabilized in this manner were evaluated by exposure to an oxyacetylene torch. Keywords
