Abstract
The dielectric properties and the variation in lattice constant, Curie temperature, saturation magnetization, and initial permeability have been investigated for various dopant concentrations of Cr, Al, and In in zinc-manganese ferrite. Possible mechanisms contributing to conduction process and dielectric properties are discussed. From the temperature dependence of dielectric relaxation, activation energies for various samples have been obtained and compared with those obtained from the observed temperature dependence of dc resistivity. Keywords
