Extramammary Paget's Disease with Metastasis to Lymph Nodes

Abstract

Sweat gland carcinomas which manifest themselves in overlying skin as extramammary Paget's disease and also metastasize to organs other than skin are rare.^12,13Knowledge regarding the clinical features, behavior, and response to therapy of these neoplasms is based on few cases. It is the purpose of this presentation to report such a case and to make available more information concerning these tumors.
