Abstract
Modifications are described to the methods of extraction of phospholipids from brain tissue which were successful in diminishing the oxidative changes taking place during extraction. The reagents produced, particularly when prepared by a modified Folch procedure, were stable and had reproducible coagulant activities. Keywords
