Abstract
The Josephson properties of Nb3Sn/Pb tunnel junctions formed on electron‐beam‐deposited Nb3Sn are reported. The junctions are found to have large gaps, low leakage, and a much lower specific capacitance than Josephson junctions incorporating Nb base electrodes. Keywords
