Abstract
A continuum theory is given for the effect of spatial dispersion on the s‐ and p‐polarized absorption, transmission and reflection spectra of a molecular crystal. Polariton effects in crystal spectra are discussed and the connection with the microscopic theory of optical properties established in the limit of weak spatial dispersion. This publication has 14 references indexed in Scilit:
