Comparison of Various Drugs Against Airsickness

Abstract
Scopolamine (1.0 mg.) affords greater protection against airsickness than Postafene (25 mg.) or Phenergan (25 mg.), both of which, however, significantly lower the incidence of airsickness. Postafene protects for at least 24 hrs. after oral admn. The side effects produced by these drugs were slight, the most significant being an increased incidence of dry mouth after scopolamine.
