Evaluation of a New Analgesic

Abstract

The expt. was carefully planned and executed in a way to keep prejudice from influencing the results in any predictable fashion. Daprisal elevated significantly the threshold to experimentally-induced pain in 2 separate studies on different human subjects. A method in exptl. pharmacology may be considered valid if the results from it are confirmed clinically. This would seem to be the experience with Daprisal.
