Abstract
We relate the critical behavior of the conductivity and the ultrasonic attenuation close to the Anderson transition to the anomalous dimensions of traceless composite operators introduced by Wegner. Our analysis is used to analyze the scaling behavior of the ultrasonic attenuation coefficient close to the mobility edge. Keywords
