Abstract
In two cases of congenital dextrocardia with transposition of the viscera, it was found that T waves in the chest leads had directions opposite to the normal. In 2 cases of acquired dextrocardia, 1 had T waves in leads taken from the right side of the chest that resembled those of congenital dextrocardia in direction, but the other conformed to the tracing found in about 20% of subjects with normally placed hearts.
