A case of neutropenia associated with cephapirin therapy is described. After discontinuation of cephapirin therapy, the neutrophil count returned to normal. Bone marrow examination revealed a marked reduction of polymorphonuclear leukocytes beyond the metamyelocyte stage and eosinophilia. Keywords
