Abstract
The following sources of error are noted: The oxidative action of commercial officinal ether; The Br content of commercial hydrogen bromide as a source of error in identification of blood traces by reversal in the hematoporphyrin of Nencki and its spectroscopic demonstration; the possibility of confusing blood pigments and hematin with the iron compounds of porphyrin of vegetable foods.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
