Abstract
In studying the effects of the arsenate ion on the activity of phosphatases an analytical procedure is necessary which will eliminate the usual interference of arsenate with the colorimetric determination of phosphate. A satisfactory procedure is reported involving the reduction of arsenate to ar-senite by SO2 and permitting the accurate determination of inorganic phosphate in solns. containing, originally, arsenate in molar and lower concns. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
