H3 Incorporation into Ascites Tumour and Tissue Culture Cells Exposed to Synkavit and its Tritiated Analogue

Abstract

Autoradio-graphic studies of living normal and malignant cells show a rapid incorporation of the tritium of tetrasodium 2-methyl-l:4-naphthaquinol (6-T) diphosphate into the cells. A selectivity of uptake by the tumor cells measured by grain counts could be demonstrated.
