Plasma testosterone was measured in 13 postmenopausal breast cancer patients and in 10 normal postmenopausal women by a radio-enzymic method. Plasma testosterone in the breast cancer patients was 42 ± 18 (SD) ng/l00 ml and corresponded to the concentrations in normal postmenopausal women (54 ± 22).
