Abstract
A rapid and simple method for DNA determination on amounts of tissue of the order of 1 mg dry weight. Without further fractionation the tissue is extracted with N perchloric acid at 70[degree]C and Ceriotti''s indole method for DNA is applied directly to the extract. Embryonic chick liver and heart, and strain L cells, were used. Keywords
