Abstract
Indirect detection in high-perforance liquid chromatography is described. It is classified into three categories according to the interaction between the analyte and the visualization agent. Sensitivity of indirect detection, detectors and estimation of the signal intensity of the induced peak are discussed. Some applications are demonstrated. Keywords
