Abstract
An improvement of the formalin vapor method of preparing stained amphibian blood smears is descr. Slides are first exposed for 5-10 min. to formalin vapor, then smeared and returned to the vapor for another 5-10 min. before staining.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
