Hidradenitis Suppurativa

Abstract
Hidradenitis suppurativa has often been misdiagnosed in most patients, leading to delays in management and, too often, improper treatment. When the involved areas are as clean as possible, all of the diseased apocrine gland tissue should be excised and grafted primarily. Histories of two patients demonstrate the problems involved and the end results of proper therapy.
