Malignant Teratoma of the Paranasal Sinuses: Report of a Case

A second case of malignant teratoma arising in the paranasal sinuses is described. The unrelenting clinical course of this neoplasm was partly modified by extirpative surgery, was largely unaffected by chemotherapy, and was characterized by massive local recurrence and absence of distant metastases.
