Beiträge zur enzymatischen Histochemie. XV. Mikrobestimmung von Arginase.

Abstract

Two micro methods for arginase estimation are described. The general technic was similar to that of other methods from the same laboratory. 7 cu. mm. of enzyme solution were required for a determination. In the first method, the usual urease procedure was followed. In method II, the quantity of arginine changed to ornithine was detd. by titration in acetone-alcohol with alcoholic (CH3)4NOH, with thymol blue as indicator.
