One survivor and 2 deaths from cocaine toxicity in humans were reported. Cocaine, packaged in condoms, was deliberately ingested to smuggle it into the country. Surgical removal of the ingested packages was recommended since alternate methods of removal are unreliable and potentially dangerous.
