Abstract
The field dependence of oscillatory photoconductivity is discussed on the basis of an analytical model and detailed Monte Carlo calculations. The occurrence of negative photoconductivity is investigated with particular reference to the spatial distribution of electric field and the instability of the carrier system. Keywords
