Paracolon type 10 (Edwards) was isolated from 4 of 7 rattlesnakes autopsied from one cage in a Zoo. This is the same type of paracolon isolated from turkeys in the same locality. The snakes in this cage were captured in this same locality, and rattlesnakes are known to occur on at least 2 of the turkey ranches from which this paracolon type was isolated.
