Melanoacanthoma of the Eyelid

Abstract
A patient had a pigmented tumor of the right upper eyelid. The diagnosis of melanoacanthoma was made based upon the histopathologic findings. Keratinocytes as well as large, dendritic melanocytes were found throughout the epithelial lesion.
