Abstract
Electrical switching in thin‐film As2SeTe2 semiconducting glass diodes with thin‐film electrodes has been studied. The formation of a liquid phase and what appear to be conducting filaments have been observed and recorded. Current densities > 104 A cm−2 have been estimated in the filaments. Keywords
